The Double Shark Tips create a double-cut action to efficiently deal not only with dense, light roasted specialty coffee, but also other semi-elastic materials with reduced brittleness, such as grains used for porridge or flat breads. The coating-free edge and blade structure, coupled with this steel’s extraordinary toughness and extremely high edge retention capabilities, will ensure a lifetime of performance.
